Dangerous Conditions at the Fairfield Rochester South

Min had a really bad experience this week while working at the Marriott Fairfield Rochester South. She had a robbery scare just days after the seven eleven up the street was robbed and found out that the hotel had intentionally disconnected the panic button and that they knew that the telephon system wasn't working correctly but didn't inform guests nor did they give Dominica any way to call for help when she needed it. Needless to say, you won't find me making the mistake of being a guest at a Marriott property ever again (except maybe the Courtyard in Pittsburgh) if this is the carelessness with which they treat their customers and employees. Something really awful could have happened and they didn't care at all.
