Blogs vs. Weight Watchers
So, in experimenting with dieting online, I have discovered that blogging is a great way to get Internet support on one's diet. By posting my diet details online I have made myself accountable to the whole world to not eat ridiculous amounts of things. If I eat well everyday, then I can post the good, healthy food that I ate. Sure I could lie, but what a weird thing to do. If I was going to lie, I would just not post.
Blogging is free and very quick and easy. By putting my diet online I have done a significant portion of what those expensive plans attempt to do only I have saved time and money as well.
